For all you Greenwich snubs who think Byram is really part of Port Chester, feast your eyes on this.  Film producer Bob Weinstein just listed his 12,000 square-foot, 97 year-old Byram Shore mansion on the market for $32 million.

The 6-bedroom, 6 ½ bathroom waterfront home recently underwent “Top To Bottom Museum Quality Renovations,” according to listing broker Tamar Lurie from Coldwell Banker.

The mansion, which sits on 3.28 acres, comes with 440’ of shoreline, sandy beach, stone pier and deepwater mooring.

Fifty-eight year old Weinstein and his brother Harvey, who lives nearby in Westport, founded Miramax Films and then broke off from Disney and Miramax to create their own company in 2005. Of the two, Bob Weinstein has a reputation as the quiet one who has focused on making commercially successful action and horror films.

Under their company, the Queens, NY, natives produced Starsky and Hutch, Sin City, Scary Movie 2 and Scary Movie 3, The King’s Speech, Shakespeare in Love and Pulp Fiction.”
